We do intense candidates screenings that ensure they are both a technical and cultural fit for your openings. Our team of experienced recruiters are able to dive deep on technical qualifications and go past surface level and “check the box” answers. We also have an in house FSO that can verify candidates’ clearances prior to submission.

During the submission process, we provide you with all the information you need to know about your next potential hire. This includes a detailed summary of their experience, skillset, and goals in their next position. As well as their reason for looking for a new role, salary, commute and schedule preferences; along with any additional information your team may need prior to moving the candidate along in the process.
